Lesson: The Five Senses for Kindergarten
This picture is a snap shot of me teaching a lesson to a Kindergarten Health class on The Five Senses.
This is a photo of the manipulatives I used for the Guided Practice Portion of my lesson. The students were split into even numbered groups and each had the chance to pull a “sense” out of the bag. For example: The Bag of Beads related to the sense of SOUND, The Air Freshener related to the sense of SMELL, The Popsicle Sticks related to the sense of SIGHT, The Pom Poms related to the sense of TOUCH, and The Pumpkin Cookie related to the sense of TASTE.
